Happy Thanksgiving

I hope you all enjoy your day, with or without your families. We are cozying up because our central heat went out sometime overnight. It's only the coldest day of the season so far, teens for lows and 30s for highs for the entire holiday weekend! Snow is still everywhere. Thank goodness we put in that new propane stove in September. It should keep us warm through the weekend until we can get a repairman out hopefully next week. Bring on the longjohns and wool socks! Lots of hot coffee and tea please!

Love you all for reading!

  5. Happy Thanksgiving!
Brr! 30s for highs? That extra heater/stove was a wise purchase! Bundling up with a warm drink and a plate of something tasty to nibble sounds like a fun way to pass the evening. :)

Hoping & praying your central heating is back to making your home toasty real soon.

  10. Happy thanksgiving.Heat your "wheaty bags" and fill your "hotties", drink soup, hopefully that will help for a comfortable week end for you both. We don't celebrate thanksgiving in N.Z. but I have researched it to see what it's all about. Take care
