The brownies were a big disappointment and turned out dry. I had the temp turned down to 335 to adjust for the non-stick pan, and they cooked very evenly and edges didn't get done too fast, but the whole thing was dry, dry, dry. I'm never making brownies from scratch again. You just can't beat the boxed mixes, and it's much easier!
Just thought I'd pop in and tell y'all that in case you were thinking of making them.
