The Doily is Blue

But Buddha is Happy!
I brought him into my dining room for a change of scenery.

I made the small blue doily on Wednesday evening.
The pattern is here:  Peony Doily
I used #10 R.H. thread in Delft Blue and White

The white one I started last night using another pattern, but it's going to be a big 'un when it's finished.

It's another cloudy day. We've had a lot of those lately, but there's not nearly enough rain coming out of those clouds and we are still under drought conditions with restricted water use.

Happy Friday!

LOVE the ice blue doily! I've got a doily inside me - coming soon. The rock lace doily making has made me want to to do a proper one. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Okay I just love that Peony Doily, especially in blue and white. Big Buddha is surrounded with pretties.
No food today? Here's one for ya...
oven baked chili cheese dogs from Life as a Lofthouse (on pinterest, of course). Making them this weekend :)

Very pretty doily Pam. You really are in a thread mood lately and your work is beautiful. Hope you get some rain soon .... we've had it all day here and its bitterly cold as well. I went back to bed after breakfast and didn't surface again till 3pm, that's why I'm writing this to you at 1.26am our time LOL xox
