Softest Cowl Ever

This probably would look much better if I'd have switched out the pink tee-shirt to something else, but I was too lazy. This cowl is so much prettier in person. Oh well. I loved using this yarn! So Luxurious and soft! I won't be wearing this with a black shirt, however, because the Alpaca really sheds hair.

Pattern:  Soft Stitch Cowl
Yarn:  Cascade Yarns, Eco Duo in Pecan (50% merino wool, 50% baby alpaca, both undyed)
Hook:  Size J

I added a border to this one...ch 2, (ch-3 picot, skip a st, hdc in next st) repeat around.

  3. Hi Pammy Sue, I'm a new follower. I came here from Betsy's blog and I'm really enjoying yours. This cowl is so nice. I'm trying to figure out what the stitch pattern is; I'm just about to make myself a cowl and I'm trying to gather ideas. :)

  6. You finally used the Eco Duo, did you love it as much as I told you that you would? I just want to take a bath in that yarn. Love the cowl, it is going to be the yummiest cowl to wear.
    Hugs,

  7. It's not like I don't have 110 cowls of my own, but now you have me wanting one just like this! That's beautiful and it looks just as soft as you say it is!

  8. GET OUT OF TOWN!!! Are you a speed crocheter or what! It looks great with the top that you chose to display it with. I have never used alpaca yarn, but do know where there is a herd of alpaca on a farm called Star Gazer. The babies are so darn cute, they all have the sweetest faces. I wonder if they spit at you like camels do...
    have a great weekend.

What in the name of goodness do you think that condom-trashing person was thinking? Oh, my goodness! You think you'd quit being amazed at the depths folks can stoop... but, then along comes another crazy. Mercy me.

Hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend. blessings ~ tanna
