Audrey the Doily

I've been working on this one for a while now and finally got her finished up yesterday and on the blocking board. I used Nezli Gelin Thread in dark and light gray and a 1.75mm hook. Mine came out to 24 inches in diameter.

Pattern is #9 in this book.

Still recuperating and doing well.
See ya.

  1. Thats more than impressive its totally beautiful!!!

How very fine. It'll look beautiful on a sideboard or perhaps you are going to frame it that would display it very well :-)

Glad to hear you are on the mend.

  2. I love this doily! You are so creative. The colors are very pretty.

I wanted to ask you about the Nezli Gelin Thread. Do you like working with it? Is it soft or firm? I looks beautiful in your doily. I have seen it at the yarn shop and was wondering how it would hook up.

I am so glad you are getting better.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers sweet friend. :)
