That is so cool and reminds me of my hippie times in the late 60s.. hitch-hiking around Hawaii and swimming in waterfalls. :-) Have fun where you're going. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

I have been wanting to make a bag for ages, and really like yours. Love the do dads you embellished it with and love the lining. You must be on "full speed ahead" these past several weeks, or else have some elves sitting in your yarn basket, lol. I seem to be such a slow poke anymore and really need to get busy. Thanks for sharing with us.

Hi! I am in love with this bag! What type and color is this yummy yarn that you used? It is gorgeous. Do you sell the pattern, or only the finished bag? Thanks! :)

autographgirl ~ I didn't use a pattern. I just looked at a picture of one someone else made and copied it. It's made with 24 squares crocheted together with an sc stitch. Just use the picture of mine as a guide on how to lay them out when you sew them together. My mom made the lining for me because I don't sew. The yarn is Noro sock yarn. You can google it. It's expensive, but worth it. It didn't take more than one skein to make this. I used a worsted cotton yarn to crochet it together (the lavender color you see). There is a pattern for a purse like this in a hardback book put out by Noro. Just google Noro pattern books and maybe you can find it. I don't even know which one it is. They put them out every few months, but they're expensive.
Check out this link. She made one too and is the one I copied: http://winkieflash.nl/2013/06/12/made-noro-boho-bag/
Hope this helps!
