Weigh-In

I had a breakthrough on the weight loss this week. -3lbs. Total is -14. Yay!

  9. Well done, and keep up the good work. I reckon it's so much better to keep chipping away with 2-3lbs at a time - seems to stay off better than bigger chunks (just noticed how many of my words are food-based - chipping, chunks! LOL!) Have a great week xx

  11. I can't remember if I have told you this.

    After reading your trouble with the peanut butter. I decided to "cream" some SMuckers NAtural Peanut Butter . . you know, the one with the oil that rises to the top and is hard to mix.

    I put it, a small bit at a time, in a food processor . . . it worked out GREAT! (I have a mini processor . . you could probably put it all in a regular size food processor.)

    Then, I put it in a Tupperware bowl and keep it in the fridge . . . Lip Smackin' Good!
