  4. Thank you for sharing it is a sad day when we have to fear for our safety no matter where we go. I being even more disable walking with two canes or a walker find I stay in more because of the criminals out there think nothing hurting disable or handicap seniors. Finding many places unsafe for many makes it scary too. But I have a friend who I would always have with me where ever I go. Now for better thoughts I love your yarn it looks like a place to dive in and enjoy it looks so soft and luscious. I going to try to knit some neat things with new yarn. Take care friend be safe love ya.

  5. This is very scary stuff Pammy Sue. Good info but let's hope that we never find ourselves (or anyone) in that situation.

  7. As someone from the UK I found this video interesting, informative and very sad too. What a terrible indictment on our society that we have to be aware of and prepare ourselves for the possibility of such events. Whilst mass shootings are thankfully still very unusual events over here, sadly gun crime seems much prevalent than it ever used to be, especially amongst young people. No matter how strict a country's firearms laws may be, if someone is determined to get hold of a weapon then it seems that there is always a way to do so :-(

  11. Thank you for sharing that! I often think about this very thing happening here at work, although I can't believe anyone I work with would do this but you just never know!! Our office is key carded so not just anyone can walk in. But still. It's sad that this kind of thing happens and it's happening more frequently. Scary stuff.
