Just a Peek...

...at what I've been up to.  I haven't felt so great this weekend, but that is expected.  When I've been up, this is one of the things I've been working on...

Hee-hee-hee!

And one more thing...

I can't wait for y'all to see the entirety of both of these cuties!

I have a bit more work to do on both of them before I reveal them in all their glory.  We are talking hours and hours of work here, people!  I'm so slow, but I'm enjoying every minute of these two projects and trying to do my very best job on them.  There's been lots of ripping out and redoing.  The nose alone on that first one took me THREE HOURS, and I still didn't get it perfect, but it's as perfect as it's going to get by my hands.

Hope y'all had a good weekend.
I'll be back soon!

  6. That can be frustrating, that redoing of something over and over to try and get it right. Been there many times. I recall ripping out a ripple afghan once, about 10 rows and my hubby telling me that I was crazy. There have been more doomed projects, a few that ended up completely tore out and scrapped. Your bunny? looks fine. Sometimes the one that has a bit of an imperfection is the one that is loved the best. Like grandma's quilt, you know, the one where the seams don't match.

  8. Pam, I was thinking about you just a few minutes ago and came to comment and ask how you are. Are you taking care of yourself and not overdoing it? Just crochet and take it easy. Let The Captain and the dogs do all the work. Big hugs!
