Right As Rain

Sometimes you just know when something is right…

002

It strikes a chord in you…

001

And you know it will be finished and be just what you envisioned it to be…

003

Twenty-two more rounds, a small embellishment and a pretty trim, and it will be finished.  Right now I’m totally taken with it.  I REALLY like it…A LOT.

Stay tuned.  I have a feeling this won’t take long.  I have the daytime hours all to myself for the next three days.  I’m on a mad mission to finish it right away but still take time to enjoy the process along the way.  The rhythmic stitching is exactly what I need right now and exactly why I love to crochet.

*****************************

By the way, I’m feeling about the same.  Still have the laryngitis and chest junk, but I don’t care.  It’s not that bad.  I’ve had much worse.

I’ll be knee-deep in yarn all weekend.

I hope you have a lovely weekend too!

See ya.

  7. Awwww, so sorry to read that you are a bit under the weather with your respiratory stuff. Plenty of fluids, rest, some yarn and a crochet hook is all ya need, well maybe a snack or 2 later.

  13. THIS is G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S.!!!!! I don't care if you're sick, can I come over and be yarny with you this weekend? My hubby has been on a business trip for the past week and I've been completely self-indulgent! But I've been alone long enough now and I'd like a little human interaction...while still being totally self indulgent and yarny! I love the colors! And I'm guessing colors other than pink/rose are on the horizon...but man, this is pretty just as it is! How fun! xo, Annette
