Look Familiar?

Heh-heh-heh….I can’t help it.

I wanted to do yellow, but I need to go buy another shade for that one.  Maybe I’ll do it next.  Don’t know why I’m itching to make something yellow since it’s not normally one of my favs at all.

Anyway, I hope to be hooking this weekend away.  So far so good.  Nothing on the schedule but ass-sitting time trying to get rid of the last of the creeping crud I had.

Thanks for all the nice comments on the Pinky Granny!  Y’all made me happy.

  2. I'm gonna love this blue one even better. Periwinkle-ish too. Perfect. One hour on the 800 call count down. Fingers crossed and couch potato-ing with my new PEOPLE mag.

  3. Love them both. How many rounds do you do before you change to another color?

  4. Is this a table runner, or will it be another afghan? LOVE the pink one, and may keep that edging in mind, because soon I'll be starting an afghan for Dear Daughter, for a wedding gift. Not sure of what pattern I'll do yet (any suggestions?).. but I do have one in mind. Maybe I'll show the picture from the book in my next post... Anyways, have a great weekend, and Happy Mother's Day! ((hugs)) ~teener

  6. This is kind of off topic, but I'm curious about your progress with the hormone supplements. Did they help you? Are you still using them? A friend has suggested I try them, so I'll be interested in your ideas about them.

  7. To Dexter's Mom: I'm doing great on the hormone therapy. It completely cured my main complaint which was the hot flashes and night sweats. I was taking Progesterone and Testosterone, but now I'm just on Progesterone because I didn't notice any difference on anything the T was supposed to help. It was a gel and I hated using it. I would definitely recommend giving it a go if you are having bothersome symptoms. I am having great results!

  8. I like the blues. You lucky ladies who are able to take the hormone therapy. I have to "sweat out" the ol' menopause symptoms. They're getting better though. :) Take care and stay cool.

  12. No offense but I like Pinky better than Bluey. :o) And I picked up some damn crud somewhere...damn it. I had a fever Saturday of 101.4 and my stomach has been hurting bad with dizziness and nausea. I still feel crappy today. My stomach and head...the fever is gone. It came on quick and it won't leave. :o( Can't wait to see your blanky with the flowers. I like that one. Looks fairly easy as far as afghans go.
