Pattern:  Hexagon Baby Sweater

Yarn:  I Love This Yarn (Hobby Lobby)

Hook Size:  H

Trim pattern and inspiration:  Petunia Pill

Project Happiness Factor:  OFF THE CHART!

This took more time and effort than I expected, but I enjoyed every minute of it!  If you follow the link to Petunia Pill above, the photo of her Bomber Jacket shows the trim pattern much better.  My iPhone camera would not photograph that color without blurring it.  I need to stop being so lazy and find my regular camera for photos of my crochet.

Guess what I woke up with this morning?

JOSH-HOLLOWAY

No, it wasn’t Josh, sillies!

But YUM.

He’s a hunk of a man, isn’t he?

Anyway…where was I?  I’m all flustered now.

Oh yes, what I woke up with…

Crick

GAH!  It’s ruining my whole day.

See ya.

  2. Totally cool jacket for Harper. So sorry about the neck. I'm guessing I will be there tomorrow. Today was town recycle, the one day you can take in anything and they take it. Great time to clean out. Then it was out to dig and divide Hostas as they are all coming up. So..... I'm guessing I may have that crick but in the back tomorrow. But, let's hope not. I'm cooking a whole turkey 20lbs., that I got on sale this week. Yummy leftovers. So, sorry this week got away from me.

  3. I SO WISH I HAD SEEN THIS before my BFF's grandson was born. He's named fro her husband who was an Air Force pilot. SInce Grandpa went to the Air Force Academy, all of his Air Force buddies have sent the grandson air force t-shirts . . ."wing man" was the latest.

Where did you find the insignia?

  4. Oh how adorable!
    You did a beautiful job!
I fell in love with it at Petunia Pill's but haven't started one for my lil flyboy cause I can't find the insignia. Do tell where you found it.

    Thanks...

  6. Your jacket turned out so cute too. I have to make one of these for my grandson. Where did you find the little patch Pammy?

  7. Pammy - It looks great! Isn't it frustrating to try to photograph bright and dark colors in the same photo? It's hard to get it right! This hex sweater pattern is my favorite! I've tried others, but they just don't seem to measure up! For those asking, I found the patch I used at Hobby Lobby. They have a variety that would work for this theme.
