Depression Glass Giveaway!

*Updated with glass info…thank you Beth.

DSCF5520

*The sugar and creamer are Cambridge Decagon Depression Glass.  The marking on the bottom of both is a triangle with a “C” inside it.  They do not match the plate as they are clear glass and the plate is frosted.

DSCF5522The plate has no markings whatsoever.

I’m not sure it is even real “depression” glass or a knockoff or what.

Plate measures 7 inches (not including handles)

All pieces are free of chips & marks.

But it’s FREE so stop being so critical. ;)

HOW TO ENTER:  Leave a comment on THIS POST and be a Follower.

DEADLINE:  December 24th at MIDNIGHT (Central Time)

Winner announced on Christmas Day!

You must leave me an email address if you don’t have a blog linked to your comment, and you MUST RESPOND to my notification that you have won within 72 hours.  If not, another winner will be drawn.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  I will draw a name from all entries to determine the winner.

I will have a button on my sidebar so you can easily access this post and the details.  Feel free to snag it and put it on your blog.

If anyone knows anything about these items (manufacturer, date of manufacture, etc.), I would love to know about them.  I purchased them separately on ebay about 6-7 years ago and have no record of the details that were given, if any.  I just thought they were pretty.  LOL.

  13. Hum, no depression glass in my family . . I wonder why?

However, the pieces would look good in the china cabinet I have that was Grandma's. She has a lot of pink flowerd dishes . . . Haviland CHina, I think. Mom told me that women would give others dishes as gifts . . they didn't have to match, but they woud make a great table . . which they do.

Anyway, please enter me. It would be a nice suprise from Texas Santa on CHristmas Day.
