Granny Ruffles

DSCF3314

DSCF3318

Crocheting through the American Idol Finale last night yielded me this pretty Ruffle-ie Granny Mandela.  I pinned it to a blocking board and sprayed it with Fabreze and spray starch and then dried it with my blow-dryer.  It’s still soft, but it holds the ruffles nicely.  I’ve never starched anything before.  I like it.  I never tire of making these.

Later!

Let's see if my comment goes through. Still having weird problems with google logging me out randomly. I found out others are having the same problem, so I'm not alone. Like your new goodies from last night. I've done the fabreze but not the starch. Great idea for something like this.
