Spring Fling Blanket

Pattern LinkFlower Burst Square

Measurement:  66” x 55” (11-inch squares)

Hook Size:  G

Yarn:  H.L. ILTY, but the Beige is Vanna’s

Border Pattern:  Based on Best of T. Kimbrough Baby Afghans, Pg 31.

I loved making this afghan!  I was a little over-ambitious with the border pattern I picked…it seemed to go on and on forever, but it was worth it in the end, as I knew it would be.

OMG! It is absolutely beautiful! I love it. The color combo is wonderful. The border you did is really neat. It's very feminine and reminds me of Easter and Spring.

How pretty! I love the "sophisticated spring" color combination, and the squares are really eye-catching with the middle sections done all in white like that. (And no wonder that border felt like it was taking forever. Looks great, though.)

Fabulous and that border is absolutely perfect! I wish I had the eye for color you do. That's a combo I'd have never come up with in a million years. Just awesome!
