Spring Fling Blanket

Pattern LinkFlower Burst Square

Measurement:  66” x 55” (11-inch squares)

Hook Size:  G

Yarn:  H.L. ILTY, but the Beige is Vanna’s

Border Pattern:  Based on Best of T. Kimbrough Baby Afghans, Pg 31.

I loved making this afghan!  I was a little over-ambitious with the border pattern I picked…it seemed to go on and on forever, but it was worth it in the end, as I knew it would be.

  20. How pretty! I love the "sophisticated spring" color combination, and the squares are really eye-catching with the middle sections done all in white like that. (And no wonder that border felt like it was taking forever. Looks great, though.)
