LOL..Hey, they look good to me!!!! I make a whole batch, and freeze them in twos. This way, I can take out two for my Noah, micro them, and have his breakfast done in a minute!!! Making me hungry!!

Then, they give you the recipe on how to mix the dry mix to make the pancakes . . . . th ese are the only pancakes Ihave ever beenable to make that didn't look like burnt frisbees.
I thought I was the only who made pancakes like that! those look exactly they came off my griddle. for Fluffy ones I have to resort to making Dutch Baby/german pancakes which are completely different. dont worry they don't usually taste as bad as they look!
I'm just like you. Mine always end up large! So ya know what I did? I bought a pan specifically for pancakes, one at a time. Now I make them perfect every time! The only draw back is that I have to make only one at a time. But it's only me so who cares?? lol
