Yarns:  Caron SS (Off White) & Yarn Bee Snowflake (Orangeade)

Hook Size:  G

This scarf was fun to crochet.  I love the stitch pattern with only two color changes.  It looks really nice in my beloved Snowflake yarn, don’t you think?  I will definitely make more of these.  I’m thinking of trying a heavier yarn and making an afghan in this stitch.  I think a lot of things I don’t actually do though.  Hee-hee.

Still trying to get well.  Still not.

  1. Great scarf, I think an afghan would be nice in that pattern, also. I am like you and "think" a lot of things LOL. I just have to try that yarn you talk about :-) I sure hope you get to feeling better..QUICK...it has been quite long enough..you at least back to your coffee? Take care!

  4. First, so sorry to hear you are not totally on the mends quite yet.

Ok, this scarf and the orange and white is stunning. I love how this turned out. I did pick up some white to mix with one of my dyed. Will see how it goes.

The pattern is so much fun too. I like how you change and come back and go across again. Took no time at all to figure out.

Check your email in a minute...

Kind of nice to have posted to drop during the night and not be scrambling around this morning.

    Get well,
    Kate

  7. Stealing away on a tiny break from work to say hi and a "get well fast" wish for ya. Pretty cowl. I saw similar (not as pretty of course, as yours) at the outlet store of expensive clothing and they were asking 18-32 dollars for 'em. Pretty orange creamsicle pattern makes me wanta eat one right now. We've had highs of about 75 degrees, still ice cream temps. Take care!
