I should strap it on him and make him wear it the rest of the day. Bad dog.
Edited later to add: He's now dragged it into his bed and is laying his head on it! It will probably turn out to be his favorite toy or comfort item. I'll have to remember to pick it up before anybody comes over. How embarrassing.

At least it isn't dirty underpants. I had a cat who would dig into the laundry basket and drag dirty socks and undies all over the house.
