*Chest x-ray: Normal

*Vitamin D: Still low, even though I take 2,000 mg a day. (Giving me an Rx-strength to take 2 weeks again).

*Potassium: Low (Not extremely low like it was about a year ago, but still low. Says eat more bananas. I already eat at least one a day. I'm looking to see what other foods have lots of potassium and eat more of those too.)

*Gave me an Rx for inhaler of Albuterol to see if that helps the cough. Been taking every six hours when awake since Wednesday afternoon and see no difference yet. I think it's doing nothing but keeping me from sleeping well. Albuterol can do that.

I still have an appointment on the 20th with the ENT specialist to see if the granulomas are any better. Voice is the same. Spasms are the same. I'm sure the granulomas are the same too, but we'll see. I get to see them this time on a video scope thingy. That should be interesting.

Now that I have shared my personal medical crap with the whole world as usual, I'll move on.

Hmmm...except there's nothing to move on to! I'm boring.

Newlyweds has a Sweet Bean Burritos recipe on her blog. Click the link and check it out. I'm definitely trying it.

  1. Sorry to hear about the low levels of potassium and vitamin d. Did the doc say anything about spending 15-30 minutes in the sun each day? I heard this is great for vit d.

Thanks for highlighting my sweet bean burritos recipe, let me know what you think.

I also heard the broccoli has lots of potassium

  2. You always find the best recipes, thanks for sharing the burrito one... I am not sure what low levels of potassium and vitamin D can do to somebody? I am only allowed half a banana a week, so it must have some effect on medications.

Sure hope you find a natural source for them.....
