Big Soft Flaxseed Pretzels

The recipe I decided on using flax was Soft Pretzels. I had so much fun making these this afternoon! Along with the flax seeds in the dough, I made some sprinkled with kosher salt, some with salt and poppy seeds, and some with salt and caraway seeds. The caraway are my favorite because I love rye bread. They're all good though. I was tempted to make some cinnamon-sugar ones, but I resisted. Maybe I'll do some of those this Christmas.
